I Had Sexual Intercourse With Someone About A Month Ago.

I had sexual intercourse with someone about a month ago. We did use a condom. But he bit my lip while kissing and he also licked me from behind. Since then I been feeling week and shivery. I got tested a month after and it came out negative for hiv and other stds . I went to another clinic and got tested right after a week from the previous time. Still negative. But my muscles and joints remain in pain. I been pooping more frequently then before. Yet till this day I have not thrown up nor had a high fever. No diarrhea either. Are these early signs of hiv?
