I Had Sharp Electric Shock On My Right Side With

I had sharp electric shock on my right side with weaken of shoulder all down my right arm. the pain left me with a headache stomach upset and a red blood spot in my right eye. I still feel weak in my muscles. I don't know what to do. my bleed pressure is 166/81, for the pass weeks my blood pressure has be higher than that top/ and bottom. what do you think?
