I Had Shingled In My Eye Almost 4 Yrs Ago.

I had shingled in my eye almost 4 yrs ago. Still as painful as it was with shingles. Taking 1500 MGs of neurontin. About a month ago a rash came up on my cheek under that eye. I haven't had any discomfort. Or felt sick. But the rash is getting bigger and feels somewhat irritated now. Would shingles come up and a month later isn't causing pain?
