I Had Shingles In Jan 2015 That Developed Into Undetected

I had shingles in jan 2015 that developed into undetected strep that began spreading and by May thru July developed into erysipesis with raised plaques and lesions on my neck face arms legs and back. Red streaks and blisters ran across my neck and I felt like I had a rubber band around my neck. After TX with penicillin and I am on the mend under care of a great dermatologist. I get neck tightness that is most annoying that has moved into upper chest and even down right arm. I am 61 and was Dx with type 1 diabetes two years ago. Is this anxiety?
