I Had Shivers Actually Upper Body Shakes That Lasted For

I had shivers actually upper body shakes that lasted for literally 45 minutes even though I was just in a `cool' room for just a few minutes before totally covering myself with blanket and spread...and not running a fever.
Is this a symptom or anything to be concerned about?
