I Had Shoulder Decompression Surgery About 4 Years Ago. I

I had shoulder decompression surgery about 4 years ago. I also had a tear just above the breast that was repaired. Lately I have been having problems. Spasms behind the shoulder blade and it feels like the tear is back/ I also found a dime size lump under the breast where the tear was repaired. What can be the issue?
