I Had Shoulder Surgery 24 Months Ago With A Bursectomy,

I had shoulder surgery 24 months ago with a bursectomy, acromioplasty and excision of the outer cm of the clavicle.
I have recently had further test as I have continued to have shoulder, elbow and scapular pain which also causes neck pain.
I have had a cortisone injection in my left shoulder and 2 weeks later in my left elbow for golfers elbow.
I do an exercise program 4 x 1 hr per week as set out by my exercise physiologist and have physio fortnightly.
Recent scans show suprasoinatus tendonitis and minimal subdeltoid bursitis in the shoulder and tendonitis of the common extensor.
I do a lot of driving for work and after driving the shoulder, elbow and scapular (which is tilted causing pain when breathing) as well as headaches cause severe pain. I am trying to reduce activities I do which may cause pain- do you think that driving and keyboard use would aggravate my current issues?
