I Had Shoulder Surgery 7 Wks. Ago. I Had Two

I had shoulder surgery 7 wks. Ago. I had two small tears, bone spurs and arthritis removed. I have been experiencing the same pain I had before the surgery, even more so. The pain goes underneath my armpit into my chest also travels down into my forearm? Even on pain medication it will still hurt if I move it certain ways. My hand also feels tingling and sometimes burning. Is this to be expected, normal, or should I be concerned?
