I Had Shoulder Surgery Arthoplasty A Few Months Ago. I

I had shoulder surgery arthoplasty a few months ago. I started drinking a powder drink from micellar casin. After my recent lab report my bad cholesterol numbers are 238. He put me on a statin med. ..I'm not sure if I should quit taking casin. (could it raise my numbers that high) My muscles & joints ache worse now on the meds.
