I Had Sinus Serger Two Weeks Ago, Still Have That

I had sinus serger two weeks ago, still have that stints in nose ! I got out today first time Abe run errands by myself! Three hrs of it no heavy lifting, when I got home I was exausted, shaken , sat down with ice water and just didn't move for one hr! Did I just over do it ? I still feel weak & shaken
