I Had Sinus Surgery 2weeks Ago My Cultures Just Came

I had sinus surgery 2weeks ago my cultures just came back with mild pseudomonas and moderate klebsiella. I never really had symptoms of sinus infections before, just lots of nasal allergies. I had a septum repair, removal of a polyp on the right ( part was in the nasal canal, part in the maxillary sinus). A bone spur on the left, repair of a concha balousa and a lot of muck cleared out of the right side maxillary, frontal and sphenoid and moderate muck out of left maxillary. Not too excited about 3weeks of Cipro as prescribed by dr. What are your thoughts?
