I Had Sinus Surgery For Allergic Fungal Sinusitis In March.

I had sinus surgery for allergic fungal sinusitis in March. I was placed on a nasal spray containing gentamicin, dexamethasone, and itraconazole. I was also given augmentin and Prednisone. After my culture came back I was put on diflucan. I recently received a copy of my culture showing bipolarials mold and fusarium. My concern is that diflucan is not effective against these molds and that I should have been placed on amphotericin. Should I confront my ENT or go see another specialist?
