I Had Some Military Fatigues On For A Part Tonight

I had some Military Fatigues on for a part tonight I had the sleeves rolled up to the bicep and they were quite tight. I know I had cut off the circulation to my arms from having them so tight. When I got home earlier tonight about 6 hours later I removed the top. My arm is in excruciating pain at the moment, I would say like a 7-9 on the pain scale. This is probably the worst pain I've ever felt. It feels like my arm is being crushed. It's a deep muscle pain.
