I Had Some Bleeding During Early Pregnancy. I Believe I

I had some bleeding during early pregnancy. I believe I was about 7 weeks pregnant. My doctor took bloods about 2 weeks ago to check my hcg levels and they stayed around the same. Don't know what they were but I still have a lot of pregnancy symptoms. Is there a chance I could still be pregnant???
