I Had Some Blood Test Done Because Of Some Dizziness

I had some blood test done because of some dizziness that has since been determined to be a virus-like bug that I am now recovered from. The liver tests showed 31 (below 37 is normal on their scale) for AST and 45 (41 and below normal on their scale) for ALT. Every other test was normal for all other organs, cholesteral, etc.) Anything to be concerned about?
