I Had Some Cramping About 2 Days Ago My Fiance

I had some cramping about 2 days ago my fiance thought that I was pregnant, one day ago i was cramping that night and I couldn't sleep so I was up all night cramping and bleeding the cramping would come and go but then it went from coming and going to being 10 mins apart to 5 mins apart so I tossed and turned and that morning I went to the bathroom I thought I messed up my clothing so I rushed to the bathroom and I passed a bloodclot and then I stopped the bleeding and cramping so im wondering if I had a miscarriage I contacted my doctor and they never called back so im wondering if it is something to be worried about?
