I Had Some Hip Inflammation After Taking The Medication Accutane.

I had some hip inflammation after taking the medication Accutane. It has never fully gone away. Now I have limited motion spreading my legs or trying to cross my legs. I tried stretching my hips the other night by bringing my ankle up towards my chest. Now I have strong pain on the inside of my hip when sitting or resting and pain in my joint when I try to lift my legs for stairs. I have tried icing the area, but it increased the pain. So did a heating pad. NSAIDS only give temporary relief. What should I do?
