I Had Some Lab Work Done And My MPV Levels

I had some lab work done and my MPV levels were at 13.4, should I be concerned. I was told 8 years ago I had Thrombophilia through a DNA test through a infertility dr due to multiple miscarriages. I also was told I had Lupus, but then I was told I didn't after my bloodwork years ago. Very confused googling the 13.4 MPV range
