I Had Some One Squeeze My Throat Very Has As

I had some one squeeze my throat very has as to choke me. And the days after. I could hardly swallow without a soar tender, pain in the Right upper part of my throat. It has now been 2 to 3 weeks and it still is soar and hurts when I swallow, sneeze etc. Can you tell me what's wrong
