I Had Some Sinus Congestion But It Stop And This

I had some sinus congestion but it stop and this morning I felt light headed and I ate took my normal medication and then out of no where throw up everything. With in minutes lost my voice and throat is swollen. I been drinking fuilds and try to eat again later in day throw up some more and my blood pressure is constantly changing. I have had a flu shot vaccine . What can be going on cause I don't have any flu type symptoms and I now I am not pregnant.
