I Had Spermatocelectomy On 4 Days Ago. The Cysts Were

I had spermatocelectomy on 4 days ago. The cysts were on the large size. I am still experiencing a fair amount of pain. Besides getting to the bathroom and kitchen, I have not been able to be on my feet or walk long. Back to work in 3 days and must stand 8 hours per day. Still icing. What else can I do? I'm assuming that since the cysts were very large that I might have a slower recovery?
