I Had Spinal Fusion (T5-T9) And I Have A Fibrous

I had spinal fusion (T5-T9) and I have a fibrous lump at the location of two of the screws (one bigger and more uncomfortable than the other) My doctor said it is a fibrous lump growing around the screw. Is there anything that I can do to get ride of this lump
