I Had Spinal Meningitis 10 Years Ago Or So And

I had spinal meningitis 10 years ago or so and in the past few year I get sick and can't figure out why. I feel this quick rush sensation in my head/ears cause by a certain sound or movement, a kind of dizziness, highteness of taste and slight confussion. I had a scan done on my head and everything was ok. Could this have anything to do with maybe a slight relasp. It usually last 4 or 5 days.
