I Had Started My Period On Friday And Had Horrible

I had started my period on Friday and had horrible cramps and every couple hours it would soak threw my tempon to my pad and soak my pad. I also have alot of clotting in my period. I still soak threw my tempon and my pad and Im on day 4 of my period and it lasts for 7 days. It also looks like a ketchup color.. What could this be?
