I Had Stinging Pain In My Abdomen That Goes From

I had stinging pain in my abdomen that goes from my ribs going down below my belly button and going from right to left, the pain had happened a few times in the summer. Its been over half a year I havent had the pain but for thr past week i've had it at least 3 times. The pain feels like a bee sting and it ususally lasts 1h. Usually laying down hurts even more. It hurts each time I exhale.
