I Had Sudden Pain In Upper Abdomen Which Became Almost

I had sudden pain in upper abdomen which became almost unbearable for 45 minutes radiating into my back. pain suddenly left I got up off bed and walked to living room only to have it start again and last for over an hour leaving me feeling tender and almost sore on my right side under my ribs. stomach growls and churns loudly. no diarrhea or burping. pain started two hours after eating. today slight dull pain in same place stomach growling. is this my gall bladder or something else?
