I Had Superior Vena Cava And Also Took 2 Lobes

I had superior vena cava and also took 2 lobes of my lungs on the right side. after all this I had a problem with my mouth I guess thrush, I have been taking nistatin ? but now I have leasions and one really dark white spot on my tongue. nothing taste good anymore and I can't stand the taste in my mouth. I am also going to a dentist finally to remove all the roots in my upper jaw and take out bad teeth so I can try and live again. I have lost 100 pounds after the surgery and being home. I was on life support for 29 days and doc. said I am a miracle, no cancer. Can you PLEASE help me with the tongue thing since my regular doctor cannot. She has tried antibiotics also and nothing. Don't think she has ever seen this before and I really need help. Thank You
