I Had Surgery 2 Weeks Ago For A Incision Hernia

I had surgery 2 weeks ago for a incision hernia which was caused from a previous surgery 2 yrs ago to remove a section of my colon. The doctor went back into the same incision to fix the hernia. The area looks like he never fixed the hernia. It is still as big as the hernia was, and it burns, and is very painful, and hard. I was told to put heat on it, and massage it a lot. It seems to be getting worse. Could I still be bleeding inside? How long will it take before this clears up?
