I Had Surgery 4/20/2016 2 Feet Of Small Bowel Removed

I had surgery 4/20/2016 2 feet of small bowel removed carcinoid gall bladder remove healthy 3.7 cm and cluster founf in the section of the intestine 3 smal 11 mm lesion on my liver previous 2 x day shot in tummy octretide. friday 1 glutus shot for 30 day on release. I have been and still am throwing up omprezole makes me burp up nasty taste currently in grave pain maybe 8 pain leveo in tummy but can not eat. keep throwing up white phlegm sometimes foamy mostly thick and clear. WIll b having another catscan on friday. every minute i burp and up comes the phlem I just want to stop and the pain to stop afraid to take my tramadol 75 mg what is going on should i go to the hospital again?
