I Had Surgery Awhile Back On My Left Foot Something

I had surgery awhile back on my left foot something bar, he took some meet out from around the bridge bone to get more room for it to slide, ( because they were rubbing up against each other, hints the pain ) but it's been almost a full year and the pain is coming back and doing exactly the same thing before the surgery. What should I do??
