I had surgery done on my left hand because of pain in the thumb area. Pain has gotten worse. Now with more xrays done, the impression was diagnosed with progressive erosive inflammatory arthropathy of the first CMC with increased derangement and destruction of the joint. Also overlying soft tissue nodular thickening questionable for tophus of gouty arthritis.
