I Had Surgery For Charcot Foot On My Right Foot

I had surgery for Charcot foot on my right foot during which four titanium screws were implanted. While that seems to have gone well, my return to normalcy has not. Since March 30,2013, I have experienced continued acute pain in my lower back, hamstrings, and upper leg muscle masses with the hamstring area being so acute that after a seven to ten minute time on my feet I have to immediately sit down or risk falling down. Any suggestions as to how I can deal with this?
