I Had Surgery For A Deviated Septum About 7 Years

I had surgery for a deviated septum about 7 years ago and in my right nostril I still keep getting scabs and when I blow my nose the scabs come off and it bleeds. This happens every day. I put Vaseline in my nose every night, but it doesn't seem to be healing.
