I Had Surgery For An Inguinal Hernia And It Left

I had surgery for an inguinal hernia and it left a hydrocele,the Dr told me it would go away on its own, ut its been five months and actually increased in size.i cant find anyone that takes medical to do the surgery.is there anything I can do to drain it myself?
