I Had Surgery For Herniated Spinal Discs C3 And C4

I had surgery for herniated spinal discs c3 and c4 went well but now im getting a burning pain where plate is . it shoots up neck and gos into head I am dizzy and feel nauseated worse when I stand . am having high sugar readings 198 to 300 blood presser readings at a rest of 139/83 p 102 have been check for stroke all test have come back neg. I use Humalog kwick pen and lantis solo star for surges and takeVerapmil for heart rate. is there any connection between surgery and symptoms ? will be calling dr. in a.m. but he is not Shure what else to check for ?
