I Had Surgery In January To Have My Left Ovary

I had surgery in January to have my left ovary and tube removed due to a cyst implanted into it and I have had a smooth recovery only loss of straight and irregular monthly. as of 2weeks ago I started having sharp stabbing pain in my stomach thru my back and legs with a knot in my stomach above my belly button. is this something I should worrie about or is it normal??? what are some POSSIBILITIES it could be?
