I Had Surgery Last Monday For A Ruptured Appendix With

I had surgery last Monday for a ruptured appendix with an abscess. I came home from the hospital yesterday. I want to get back to work as soon as possible. How hard should I push myself? I want to get back to normal as soon as possible without injuring myself.
