I Had Surgery Last November For Scar Tissue That Had

I had surgery last November for scar tissue that had attached to my liver and also spots treated for endometriosis. I have started feeling pain in the same area like I had before the surgery. Could the scar tissue reattached or the endometriosis came back already this fast? I am 44 yes old. I had the novasure procedure 8 yrs ago an no longer have a period, just for a little back ground info. Any suggestions as to what or why the pain would be back already? Thank you!
