I had surgery on 12/21/16 for a torn bicep tendon. ANASTESIA was used and I WAS COMPLETELY out. Ever since I cant sleep and feel restless and sometimes panicky when I start feeling closed in. Is this normal? been to er twice and they tell me everything is normal? whats going on?
