I Had Surgery On My C Spine 5 1/2 Weeks

I had surgery on my C spine 5 1/2 weeks ago now I still have equilibrium problems that are getting worse and I'm also saying words wrong. that I know what the correct word is by
t I say the wrong words for instance I said give me that apple pie and my end up saying give me that shovel can you tell me what's up with that
