I Had Surgery On My Foot Dec. 13th. A Neuroma,

I had surgery on my foot Dec. 13th. A neuroma, a ganglian cyst and some issues with the bones in the ankle. Additionally ligaments had been torn but were not repaired. I have had some pain but was off the RX pain killers the first week. However as the swelling has gone down, the splint is looser and I twisted the ankle on some ice. I have had more pain than can be managed by OTC painkillers. Any suggestions?
