I Had Surgery On My Jaw Two Years Ago. I

I had surgery on my jaw two years ago. I have had pain in my jaw for a year now. Just recently I noticed that two of the screws are popping through and digging into my gums and lower lip. The pain is getting worse to the point where I can barely eat. Is there anything that you suggest that I can do.
