I Had Surgery On My Right Index Finger Almost A

I had surgery on my right index finger almost a month ago. I have gone to PT 6 times and have 4 more scheduled. I found the massage cream on Amazon she uses, but I'm looking for a heating pad I can use for either the whole hand or index finger. It is still really swollen and the combination of the heat and massage cream allow me to do the exercises.
