I Had Surgery On My Thoriaic Region On My Back

I had surgery on my thoriaic region on my back to remove a cyst. That was nine years ago. Over time the scar from the surgery has increasing caused burning pain. To the point now it is severe burning. I am on oxycodone now (5 - 10 mg pill a day) It does not completely control the pain. I am using cold gel pads which helps for short term. Do you have any suggestions to reduce or stop the burning pain.
