I Had Surgery Two Weeks Ago. Gall Bladder Removal. Five

I had surgery two weeks ago. Gall bladder removal. Five days after surgery I started having pain up inside my bottom and it hurts to urinate. It's hard to get started urinating but once I start it's usually ok till about half way through then it begins to hurt and my flow begins to start and stop.
