I Had Surgery Yesterday To Repair An Hernia, I Am

I had surgery yesterday to repair an hernia, i am taking oxycodone - apap 5-325MG, I feel ok but have a concern about the puffiness and redness across my cheeks, also very warm. I don't have fever,
could that be an allergic reaction to the only medication that I have taken?
