I Had Swollen Lymph Nodes In My Left Groin Area

I had swollen lymph nodes in my left groin area for over 30 yrs. I was told when first happened that it was nothing to worry about. They would bother me off an on during that time. Now the nodes are no longer swollen and I am having trouble with pain in that area. It bothers me to walk when it is hurting the most. It is hurting most of the time now. I am a 62 yr old female.
