I Had Swollen Lymph Nodes On My Neck After A

I had swollen lymph nodes on my neck after a about a week of ticks bite. There were no other symptoms.
Any way, I took a blood test for lyme disease after couple of weeks. the results came negative. Its all been nearly 3 months ago. Now I have slight fever. Just wondering that if it is because of the tick bites.
