I Had Symptoms Of A UTI Last Night & An

I had symptoms of a UTI last night & an upset stomach (vomited twice). Went to a Medexpress clinic & all checked out normal (no abdominal pain, no low glucose, all urine levels normal) EXCEPT a "small" level of bilirubin was noted in my urine. I am a frequent drinker - no nicotine or any drug use. aI have no real health issues & am not on medication - I'm worried - is due to an infection or a liver issue?
