I Had Taken My First Shot Of Depo In Feb

I had taken my first shot of depo in feb and also one last month. I had stopped periods just one or two months since feb. But now im spotting dark red..cramping right under my belly button area..not in the lower abdominal area like menstural cramps are usually at. So my question is..is this implantation bleeding or part of the shot?
